The Dialogic® BorderNet™ 2020 Integrated Multimedia Gateway Training course provides a solid understanding of how to support the BorderNet 2020 IMG Gateway. The course addresses 2020 IMG hardware components, software architecture, software features, and High Service Availability Features. The course also provides a working knowledge of the Dialogic® Gate Control Element Management System (GCEMS). Attendees perform hands-on lab exercises to configure, monitor, provision and troubleshoot the 2020 IMG. These labs include the following: basic configuration, SIP, ISDN PRI, SS7 ISUP, upgrade and  troubleshooting lab. Instructor-led demonstrations are also included to support learning objectives.
